How It Works
3 or 6 Day Service Per Week [Click to Expand]
* Each day of food consists of either three meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) or three meals plus one snack.

* We deliver 3 days of meals per delivery. Our meals are specially packaged using atmospheric replacement technology which keeps your meals fresh for at least 5 days. We don’t use any additives or preservatives.

* Our meals arrive via Federal Express twice per week on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. No signature is required, Federal Express will just leave the package at your door.

* For each 3 days of service we offer between six and 9 meal choices (and snacks where applicable). Each meal classification (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) has the same number of calories and you may choose any combination that you like. For instance, some people prefer all different meals while other people have favourite items that they like more than once. Don’t worry if you forget to select your meals as there are computer default selections.

* In order to find out the major ingredients of each meal all that you have to do is “Double Click” on the specific item.

* There are two convenient ways to make "Meal Choices." The easiest method is to access your customer profile directly online. You may also contact one of our customer service representatives between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

* Service runs uninterrupted regardless of whether or not meal choices are made. However, service can easily be suspended by going online and "Booking Days Off".
* Three days of meals are provided on the specified days (nine meals in total).

* Meals are provided in groups of 3 days and thus individual days cannot be booked off. However, delivery may be suspended for each group of 3 days.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with Healthy Heart Meals products or service offerings, you may request a refund. A refund will be given only on meals not delivered and/or not in production at the time of the cancellation notice. A 72 hour notice is needed to stop production once your service has started and a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Daily meal charges will be assessed commensurate with the number of days of food service provided. For example, if a 30 day plan was terminated before the end of the 30 days your rate for service for refund would be at the higher 15 day rate, not the 30 day rate.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method on record within ten (10) business days of receipt of cancellation notice. You agree to pay any charge back costs incurred related to reversed charges on your account as well as the cancellation fee.

Meal or food credits will be issued if you do not receive a delivery. If you received wrong or missing individual items you may be entitled to a food credit or other adjustment. In the case of incorrect items delivered or items of that are otherwise unsatisfactory due to production factors under the control of Healthy Heart Meals, Healthy Heart Meals reserves the right to request the item(s) to be returned along with the menu sheet that accompanied that delivery. Based on the review of said items, Healthy Heart Meals reserves the right to determine the appropriate remediation.
